How to get rest of centarus ship components

I've got the 12 comanders, still need more segments of ship, I thought having bases on all countries would trigger some more research but no luck. Most of the crew is at 1600 experience. I also have the latest update so I'm not sure what I'm missing. Played about a year since my last research. Any Ideas?

Keep playing.  You are probably shooting down BattleCruisers right now.  You need to wait for Battleships to appear and then your research can continue.  In the un-modded game, this can take several game years.  It is one of the things that I "fixed" in my mod so that more powerful UFO's appear soon after it is clear you are dominating the current era of UFO's.
