Players only from EAST COAST US time.

Looking for a game that will have some commitment involved, with a general commitment to play aggressively in regards to getting moves....perhaps will try to set some nights to get multiple turns going...

~24 hour turnover, and allowing another country (ally) or friend to run during holidays and vacations.

House rule :
UK and FR can only have uncondionnal surrender; FRANCE must take 2 fleets, nelson
England must take Napoleon

Minor countries:
Any controlling country cannot use fleet/corp against any country NOT declaring on minor (or at war with minor) until war is lapsed or minor conquered.
Cannot declare with intention of lapsing to give to another.
Cannot scuttle controlled nation fleets if 0% chance of winning.
Loaning corp: may only loan corp if both loaner and loanee are at war with ALL of opponents; otherwise, maximum of 10 factors can be loaned (20 if turkey is loaning).
