New battle v1.4 !

Uploaded fixed battle module and Icemans latest documentation.

Fixed shield and meson bug, added attack penalty while hovering <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0">

Available for download here !

Yep, it sure does. You can rip parts off titans without even turning them yellow. >=D

The file does not include the latest version of the hq, dated 16/Oct/01, so whoever grabs v1.4 (install + battle) from now on will not get it (latest hq).

Damned ! When did I release the latest hq ? I see the problem but I can't believe.

Will correct and upload asap.
