Does this game come with a printed manuel?

WW2: Road to Victory is the first grand strategy release from IQ Software/Wastelands Interactive, which covers World War II in Europe and the Mediterranean. Hex-based and Turn-based, it allows you to choose any combination of Axis, Allied, Neutral, Major or Minor countries to play and gives you full control over production, diplomacy, land, air and naval strategy. Start your campaign in 1939, 1940 or 1941 and see if you can better the results of your historical counterparts. A series of historical events and choices add flavor and strategic options for great replayability.

Well the title says it all. I've seen some mention of PDF's so it's not looking good.[:(]

No, this is a "Digital Express Edition" so it does not include a printed manual. We try to take the guesswork out of it by noting in the game specs for each game whether it comes with a printed manual in the physical copy or not. You can also go by the edition logos.

Digital Express Edition = Full color boxed copy including CD and color PDF E-Book manual
Standard Edition = Full color boxed copy including CD and grayscale Printed manual (also color PDF E-Book).
Collector's Edition = Full color boxed copy including CD and color Printed manual (also color PDF E-Book).

That Kind of sucks I figure the minimum I'm paying an extra 10 bucks (+shipping) for when I order hard copy is a freaking black and white printed manual. I could give a rip about the cd and the box keep 'm give me the manual! I can always burn my digital to cd. I feel seriously cheated having order the hard copy with the digital down load (ain't got it yet but now I know I,m jack ____ for my money.) Thanks Cheapskates ( I of course mean that in the best possible way)
