1803 scenario error?

This sequel to the award-winning Crown of Glory takes Napoleonic Grand Strategy to a whole new level. 1803 scenario error?

Hi

i notice in the 1803 scenario that Bavaria is already a french protectorate. But so far as i now Bavaria ally with France not until September 1805.
