Campaign Save File Extension

Campaign Save File Extension

Is it possible that the game is changed to give the save games a file extension? It would make it easier for sharing the file during team ops in a forum. The forums dont allow files it wont recognize. if it was .sav then the forums could be told to allow .sav's to be uploaded. Right now you have to ZIP and then add. As easy as it may be for many, some are not handy at all with files.

Possible Steve could expose the save game format so tool gods (you listening Mafi :) might make a CCReq-type battle maker utility.
Pity if sumbuddy had to reverse engineer it (again) w/ a whole lotta unnecessary hex editor detective work.

Just realized that when you save a game, you can enter an extension if you wish and CC will recognize it.
