artillery units

The creators of WW2: Time of Wrath move to the Pacific theater with Storm over the Pacific. Depicting the epic conflict between Japan and the United States, players choose from 26 available countries with historically accurate orders of battle including land, sea and air units and leaders. artillery units

do you use them the same as infantry units? Nothing in the manual so I assume you do...

Sorry, no Artillery units.
They are inside the infantry icon.

However, if load up the picture graphics under the Rising Sun mod you will get several pictures that get upgraded as you upgrade the size or level of the unit.
Several of those pictures will have motors or artillery.

I am thinking about some scenarios with artillery (no AI).

Artillery units should be the only ones elegible to get a new, strong leader called "artillery support", so they would assist nearby units in combat.

If only I could make the editor to run in my dumb computer!

My Dell laptop can only run ed at 1024x768, but lot of crashes.Net 3.5 error messages, an so on.

How creative.  But what's the scale of your scenario?
On a Division and Corps Level, the arty is supposedly embedded.
You mean you're playing with something smaller?

Not yet. I will try.
net 2 already installed, so no new instalation is allowed, but I have found a workaround to run editor:
I set the computer to 800x600;launch editor and with it running I switch to any resolution and it keeps running .Great.
