Allies blow bridges

Not that any modman worth a byte couldnt figure this out, but whether a bridge starts primed, which side controls the detonator, and how long the timer is, are specified in the ###Bridges section of Campaign.txt

...the 10th entry in the first line of a bridge description must be the number of bridges on this map (Nijmegen has two bridges). Followed by tiles numbers to place the demolition.

Second line: starts with entry number in "Bridges.azp", followed by the coordinates of top-left and width, height of blown, repaired, girder blown, girder untouched graphics.
