ADC modifier/effect

The Seven Years’ War was fought across the globe and called by some the first “World War” as virtually every major power participated. In the center of events was Prussia, almost constantly at war and lead by the now legendary Frederick the Great.

Relive the exciting and trying days of Frederick the Great in Horse and Musket: Volume I, the improved and expanded combination of the previous Prussian War Machine and Prussia’s Glory titles. Horse and Musket: Volume I is a reboot of the successful Horse and Musket series, including not only two solid historical titles in one package, but also many new game features, a powerful new editor, and a complete graphics overhaul to an already acclaimed gaming system.

ADC modifier/effect

Post by Javolenus »

Hi There,

I had an idea about simulating effect of ADCs on battlefield. In real life, each general had a number of ADCs and as battle progressed these ADCs would get injured or killed.

I wondered about the game: what if each commanders' 'command radius' gets reduced as the scenario progresses? Would this work as a realistic simulation of gradual breakdown of command and control? Well, it's just a thought.

In this game there is such effect. Ex. In game I have corps leader Gen. de Inf. Rochow and 3 leader Gen. Mjr.,
During fights Rochow has been killed and repleaced by first of GM, the I have lost this commander and repleaced by Subcommander, and so on. The subcommander have less command rating and rally points, so in effect, losing leader my army are weaking....
Changes....
