Notes and Flags

Hi!

When I try to read the scenario notes in both Napoleon in Russia and Prelude to waterloo the game opens the Waterloo scenario notes.

And also the white colour seems to be missing in the flags in both Waterloo and Prelude.(Normal 3d view)

Not a big deal really but hopefully something to solve with a future patch(if there will be any).

Did you download the update? When I did it I think I copied files from one directory to the other and so now all mine have the NIR notes, not sure if that helps.

Re the flags I'm not sure
