Hello:

I notice one of the CGs is the Boot Camp. Is there a tutorial that comes along with these 6 battles to help you learn the system better?

gerry, there isn't a separate written document, but the scenario briefings for each of the engagements has a section that provides hints on how to proceed. The 6 scenarios are fairly short, have just a few units with pretty clear objectives. Each battle presents a tactical lesson.

This is the same campaign that was in PCK and I have to say I enjoyed it both as a learning tool, and as a game.

I would encourage anyone new to Panzer Command to give this campaign a try.
