All scenarios are listed in the player created manual that is available here: http://www.piratejock.co.uk/combat-comm ... r-download. Click on link "File for Download".

I believe there is a Carentan scenario. See section 2 of the manual for a complete listing.

Yep there is indeed a Carentan scenario.

Yep, there are currently only 2 Normandy maps - Sword & Carentan.

There's the draft player's manual, which includes the scenario listing, along with a seperate download for the scenarios alone.
