Historically correct ww2 german flag

This is a mod someone made for historically correct german flag used during ww2.

All I get is a download to install the Livid DL Manager. How do I get the flag file?
WitE2 tester, WitW, WitP, CMMO, CM2, GTOS, GTMF, WP & WPP, TOAW4, BA2

You should get a 650kb zip file named (Wehrmacht_Flag.7z).
Just tried it and it works for me dont understand why its not working for you.

As the file is so small, would you mind just posting it here?
