Is this a bug?

For sure TOF is one of the best strategy games I have played.

A problem though:

Playing the Grand Campaign as the Axis I have reached turn 57 and
Germany can no longer accumulate Production Points.

Is this a bug or a design-decision?

However I can not find the saved games folder.
Where is it located?

The saved game have been sent to support at Wastelands.

For me it seems like everything is OK.
You are collecting the PP, however pretty slow due to the high quantity of your units.
