Green OKH counter

In the Trappenjagd Campaign, the OKH counter has become green at turn 27 (3 jul 1942).
In the unit details, the regime is still Germany, but the people is now romanian.
Apparently, the number of romanian replacements exceeds the number of german replacements in this headquarter.
I don't know whether it is a bug or not.

I have seen it go Black after I play the SS infantry card. It takes it's colour from the largest component within the unit. Probably harmless in the grand scheme of things.
