primus dead link and ticket problems

Hi,guys.
having problems with downloading this game..i bought it last night.got the plimus link ..Dead[surprise surprise].had same problem with my last sale.had a link sent from primus to their site....dead again,well sent me to any site but primus..i put a ticket in here last night.no reply as of yet..very disappointed.
can someonr look ino this?..if i remember last time the primus link just wouldnt work and matrix had to do a fresh link
