Options Menu problem

Options Menu problem

When I open the Option Menu, it appears as it shows in the pic.
As such I am unable to read, scroll or select thru all the options.

I've tried several resolutions and changing the OS (Win 7)font size, but it produced no results.

How can this be corrected?
