Gett DB and custom stuff - getting lost

sorry, i feel i getting lost and left behind here with the threads and attachments all over the place

some one mentioned a new DB3000 with even CIC sounds in it - where do i find this

also am i right to understand there are some infrastructure/bases templates made that i can load up for a mission without needing to make all the bases myself

sorry - is there a template made for cold war ab bases sam sites etc?
