More and Better Tutorials needed

Post by Kim White »

I am not new to war gaming but AM new to this company's game engine.

I am sure there is a very good WW1 experience in TEAW but I am having great trouble even understanding the very basic tutorial provided in-game, let alone knowing what to do.

The manual could have done with some sort of walk-through too but there is nothing.

PLEASE can something be developed and put out fairly soon which is a hold-my-hand, step-by-step, monkey see-monkey do tutorial?

Much appreciated!

I agree. The manual does not even explain what is on a unit card. I simply cannot believe a wargame manual does not have a picture of each type of unit card, and explain exactly what each thing on it means, colored lines, numbers, etc. This is inexcusable.

Not everyone has played your games for years and years, AGEOD! Come on, please give us newbies some clarifications and detailed walkthrough tutorials.

I agree. The manual and the tooltips ingame explain not all things and not too well. Sometimes one can find in the forums about other ageod games a few infos, some can be found at wikis and sometimes one has to guess... But I would have preferred a comprehensive manual too. For a tutorial: I find them rather boring because I dont need all info at the same time. I need a way to look up stuff that is relevant right now when i am playing.
