Installation order

Now that nothing more seems to be released, how is the order of installation with the various stuff available.
I currently assume:
1. Command Ops: Battles from the Bulge
2. / 3. Command Ops: Highway to the Reich / Command Ops: Battles for Greece
5. Patch v4.6.279
6. / 7. Highway to the Reich Converted Data Pack / Battles for Greece Converted Data Pack

Is that correct?
