[Solved][WAD]Weird SSBN command

Command: Northern Inferno is a DLC for Command: Modern Operations. Set in 1975, the Cold War is omnipresent and beneath the veneer of détente the tension between the two superpowers irreversibly escalate towards the ultimate confrontation.

[Solved][WAD]Weird SSBN command

Post by hypeboyz »

In this scenario I can't plot the course of ssbn if a goblin was spotted, even if it's just a phantom dot that was marked as neutral or filtered out.
I'm wondering if it's a bug. Would you please give a test on that?

I had noticed that the SSBN is tasked to a mission, and that was giving me problems ordering it around. I "unassigned" it from the mission, and then had no problems.

SSBNs are extra careful by default in manouvering away from detected potential threats. Filtering-out a contact does not mean that the crew-AI ignores it.

You can, however, override this behavior by disabling the "Auto evasion" doctrine option for the SSBN.
