amphib load error

I have the 34th inf div toe at 99 of 99 its at oran with the tf81 amphib HQ with enough prep points. I press launch and it keeps saying no eligible units available. there are no other units attached

The infantry also has to have prep points. How many does it say it has?

The problem may be that the Port does not have sufficient capacity left. If you have already used some of the Ports capacity this turn than it may not have enough left for your invasion infantry. Alternatively, you may have already sea transported so many units this turn that you do not have enough total transport capacity left. So you should check the Ports remaining capacity and your total remaining transport capacity and compare these numbers to the transport cost of your invasion infantry.
