I am very glad, that my work is good enough to receive public recognition.If you have not tried it yet, why not download the DC:Community Project, and try some of the scenarios. Currently there are 3 (4 if you count the one Vic made as a test scenario.)
DC:CP (Community Project) is the recommended scenario creating tool for owners of DC:B. It really is quite advanced, and unlike some of the earlier work from Vic, it has a simple, intermediate and advanced editors.
