As far as I know that offer was only available for a limited period after release of Pike and Shot Campaigns, although I could be wrong. You could try emailing support@slitherine.com

Thanks for the info.

I upgraded to Campaigns with no problem. The full price is really a great bargain here in the USA. Extensive quality conflict simulation offered for the price. Recommend highly.
