Convoy routes on strategic map mod?

Convoy routes on strategic map mod?

Has anyone made a mod that enables you to see convoy routes indicated on the strategic (max zoomed out) map?
Possible?

I do not believe this is possible as the game currently is designed. There is a convoy route map in game however.
