Contents of photo folder

Would it be possible to make the contents of the photo folder available in an earlier form ?

What I'd really like to get my hands on is the collection of all the photographs before or after they'd been run through filters and color sliders, but without the national flags on them.

I've been struggling with the national flag banners on the photographs (units as well as leaders), and I'm not entirely sure that they really add anything. Most of them aren't entirely historical (I'm more concerned about the banner format than the game-convention German symbol) and they raise a host of design problems. My latest moment of frustration came yesterday when I had replaced the German symbol on all the units, only to discover that the historically correct shade of red couldn't be used because it looks terrible next to the brownish sepia tone that's been imposed on the photographs.

The bannerless photographs are probably an artefact of the development process and no longer exist, but I have to ask the question because if they were available they would be a simple an elegant mod in and of themselves, and could form the basis for any number of other mods.

I know from my experience of working on the map for WitE2 that early un-flattened graphics from WitW no longer exist. Much of what you ask for goes back even further to WitE.
