Moving panels: mouse cursor does not change over a drag point

The mouse cursor does change when over a drag point, please let me know if the bugs forum if there is any place where it doesn't happen.

On my screen the mouse cursor does not change to indicate the grab points of the Micro View, Air War and Buttons pannels.

And the grab points are different for each of these panels. I can grab the Air War panel anywhere but the Micro View panel only on the wide outer border. The Buttons panel is a little hard to grab; it only works on the outermost edge of the right and bottom borders.

Ralph mentioned the possibility of making all windows moveable and saving windows states. That would be so great! I'm left-handed and like to position controls (and scroll bars, whenever possible) on the left-hand side of things, so I will certainly relocate all panels.

so it's WIP and WAD atm, as in the process of being fixed / patched altered etc

WAD= works as designed and or(for now)

Some of the windows have active buttons or, as in the minimap, the entire inner part of the window is active. If you click in an active part of a window you perform an action. That's all I got. [;)]
