Playback a Multiplayer Game

Post by eddieballgame »

I received this in my email:

Battle: Tauris
Turns: 8
This game is now complete but you can view a playback of the final turn by running Mare Nostrum and clicking Multiplayer. Select this game from the list of current games and click Play.

There is no play button, there is a Reload button. When I click on it nothing happens. Any clarification would be nice.

If I understand this correctly the game is now over and you are able to enter and load the last turn right? I guess the reload could only be seen by the player who played the turns last, because the first player (the host) have already watched the last turn previously. This automated email sent by the Slitherine is certainly incorrect, but I am not sure if we could refine it to distinguish the player type

Yes, that must be the case. It would be a nice feature if both players could view the match. That being said, this game is awesome.
