Just started playing WitP AE again and i was wondering who did these new map mods from this video and where could i get the mod for it? I attached the video link where it shows the map.

He was recently on the Tech Forum and likely spends time on the Mods Forum.

EDIT: Even if you can't PM you might be able to E-mail him. Click on his name where he has posted or in the Members List and see if it gives you the option to send an e-mail.
