Guerra no Pampa 2011 version 4.0 for TOAW IV

Guerra no Pampa 2011 puts Argentina, Venezuela and Paraguay against Brazil and Uruguay fighting in the South American Pampa plains. The current version 4.0 is an update for the The Operational Art of War IV, including the Naval Equipment feature.

Great to have an update on this! Would it be ok if we updated the copy of the scenario with this in a future update? It probably can't make it to the next one, but the one after that.
