Army Group South-- Can't seam to move ( transfer) either corps or units to AGS. Have plenty of points. Am I doing something wrong. Have no problem moving into either AGN or AGC. Thanks

Seems unlikely, but any chance the front, army or corps being transferred to already has double its CP capacity? There is a hardwired 2x capacity limit.
