Overrun airfield

Eagle Day to Bombing of the Reich is a improved and enhanced edition of Talonsoft's older Battle of Britain and Bombing the Reich. This updated version represents the best simulation of the air war over Britain and the strategic bombing campaign over Europe that has ever been made.

Overrun airfield

What happens to a unit that is in an airfield when Allied troops take it over? Are they all captured, does the unit reform at a later date?

They are supposed to reappear within a week or so somewhere in Greater Germany.

Would there be a message telling the player they are ready for use?

Hi.
On a similar vein, do the Allies gain any advantage if they capture a factory producing 'advanced' types whether they are in service or not? I have separate factories in S.France producing He162 and Ta152 that will shortly be overrun. Would it be best to change them to 109G6 to deny the Allies a chance to 'see' these types before they enter combat?

If I understand your question correctly, the Allied player doesn't get to see what the factory was producing after capture. Interesting idea though.

Thanks for clearing that up (and dispelling my paranoia!).
