How do I load Community Project scenarios?

The development team behind the award-winning games Decisive Campaigns: From Warsaw To Paris and Advanced Tactics is back with a new and improved game engine that focuses on the decisive year and theater of World War II! How do I load Community Project scenarios?

I have Case Blue. I downloaded a couple Community Project scenarios into the game folder, then on the Case Blue menu, clicked "import zip." When I go to the "communityscenarios" folder, I see the .dcx files, but no .dc2 files to load. I assume that I'm supposed to go to "load scenario" on the game menu, but in the "communityscenarios" folder, there are no .dc2 files. What am I doing wrong?

Ok, I found out that I need the DC Community Project program.
