Can't open the main website.

The main website won't open/load. It's stuck at performing TLS handshake to code jquery

It's been like this for a few days now.

I'm using firefox, but i tried other browsers too, and it's not working either.

I just opened it up here. No problems. I too am using firefox.

Have you tried deleting cookies?

Yeah, I deleted the cookies and still not working.

Do you have a javascript blocker? If so, you may have to make changes to allow something.

I don't think I have any of those. This happened all of a sudden just a few days ago. It worked fine before, and I haven't made any changes or installed anything to my system since then.

I left it loading and after a several minutes it opened to the screen and prompt where I need to accept the cookies. But clicking on accept won't work, it's now just stuck there.

The prompt is just stuck, the accept button and the reject too aint working.

Try closing your browser, open it, and then try it again.

Can I use a VPN to access the site, and make purchases and downloads?

I think the issue is related to my location and IP.

With credit cards that can be an issue as it may fail the security checks.

I have have something like this when buying in the past, If I remember correctly I pressed the refresh button on the browser, and I did not close browser . it worked a couple of times but it was a year or two ago, cant remember where i was buying from now.
