Unify clicking on end of turn/beging of turn dialog clearing

Hi all,

This is is an interface suggestion to unify that all end of turn/beginning of turn dialog boxes can be cleared by clicking anywhere in the box. Currently I observe that some boxes can be cleared by clicking anywhere within the box and some require you to click only on the "X" to close the dialog box.

Minor, but disruptive...
