Feature Request to reduce micromanagement.

Post by PsyKoSnake »

1. Garnison and ungarnison troop is a pain.
Yes I know I can go in the troop menu, shift clic troops to select all of them from a colony. But : You need to find the colony in the list or 3000 troops and 100+ colony...

Solution 1 : We need to be able to select multiple troops when the planet is selected and tap a key to garnison or ungarnison all the selected troops.

Solution 2 : Add a key on the planet screen to ungarnison or garnison all troop at the selected colony.

2. Retiring ship is a pain. I need to go in the ship view select the ship, click retire for each one of them.

Solution : I need to be able to select all the ship and click retire only 1 time to retire them all and it the cannot be retired they selfdestruct.

3. Retrofiting Ai ship is a pain because if I select them all and clic retrofit, they are now in manual mode... So after, you will need to click each ship and enable auto mode...

Solution : Solution they need to stay in Auto mode.

4. Changing Auto, manual, patrol, etc. mod for ship is a pain.

Solution : I need to be able to select 100 ship in the ship tab and do it all at once.

Thanks

The game seriously lacks some needed buttons.

3. Auto mode is bugged. Keyboard shortcut for auto is '=' but it's not working. In DW1 you can click 'A' and it worked.
4. ctrl + click is your friend for selection but you won't be able to command them to patrol/auto/etc. :|
