Map Location Labels?

Just want to confirm - there is no way to create map location labels in the editor. Would need to embed them in the background image I suppose.

Select Draw Location Names during Game to show location names.

I believe location names are generated by placing named objectives with no points associated with those objectives. So, the hex has no effect on victory points but becomes a guide for the player.
