Union AI for Ironclad Riverboat Deployment

One thing I have noticed in my singleplayer sessions is the Union AI likes to deploy ironclad riverboats in places like New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or New York. At the end of my last game I counted 6 river ironclads in the Delaware River.

I suggest forcing the Union AI to deploy ironclad riverboats along the Ohio or Mississippi rivers. This would be better tactically for the Union and provide a greater challenge to the player since the Union doesn't have to worry a lot about the rivers in New England.

Yeah I noticed the same thing. It just piles them up there. This seems like it would be an easy fix for AI improvement. I only faced a few ships on the Mississippi and if all of those ships had shown up I would have been in real trouble.
