Turn Summary Notifications

One area I tend to get a bit blind is the Diplomatic chit allocation. I know I can see it if I go into that menu but I am lazy and often don't. It would be nice if in the turn summary we got a notice like "CSA diplomatic effort with X increases" when they add a chit to a nation.

The other thing I would like is to know when I get a "Regiment Lost" message where that is. I will often go grab a coffee while the AI runs its turn and then I see a lost unit message and have to hunt around for where that was.
