disappointed in first tournament scenario

Post by Celeborn »

I kept expecting German reinforcements to appear but it was like Waiting for Godot. As a result the scenario "Brinkmann attacks the Road Bridge" is nigh un-winnable for the Germans, which is not to say that it makes for an unfair tournament round, only that I see no point in playing it as the outcome is a foregone conclusion against any remotely competent Allied player. (my esteemed opponent in the first round concurs)

We came to the same conclusion in my game. I would hope that during beta testing some enterprising Axis play testers did find a way to win this one!

I would be interested in hearing from players who won as the Axis side.

I agree. Neither side came close to taking an objective in my games.
