Blood and Iron Operational Move Oddity

Post by OldCrowBalthazor »

Selected the Balloon sitting in mothballs at Orleans until a suitable use was seen. Selected to do an operational move and noticed I could rail it to non railroad areas around towns around the Jura Mountians east by south-east of Besancon.

Is this some unknown feature of balloons or something else. Was a screen shot while recording for YT and had already moved my other forces. it was French Turn 29, Sept 18, 1870 if that means anything. Will go public on Feb 4, 2022.

Will see if any other types of units can do this next turn I do.

It's a bug that found its way into 1.04. It is fixed for 1.05.

Ok a bug then.
Good thing I only sent a balloon over to a town real close to the Rhine and not a large force just south of Belfort.
Well, out of sportsmanship I may dismantle it.

I don't like eXploits done because of a bug.
Thanks for the prompt reply 🙂
