*Bob Cross* Questions about N.Africa game settings

We are about to start a new N.Africa campaign PBEM and I was wondering on the best game settings since its an older scenario.
ie: New bridge rules on or off? , New density rules on or off?, New mud and snow rules? New flanking rules? etc.
Please advise so we can have the best experience with it.

I would use all of those and all other rules except for "High Supply".

"Trusted PBEM" and "Variable Initiative" are matters of player preference, though.
