French DLC campaign says it can't load

For some reason this campaign won't load. Successfully play Franco Prussian war campaign. Seems only this one is problematic.

By French DLC campaign I mean the French intervening in the US Civil War

The Franco-Prussian campaign isn't a DLC campaign but part of a free update to the base ACW game.

The Eagle and the Empire campaign is however a DLC one that requires ownership of the DLC to be played.

Are you able to play any of the other DLC campaigns, e.g. Mexico?

If not then it suggests your purchase of the DLC (assuming you have purchased it) has not been recognised. In which case I would recommend contacting Matrix Games support as they should be able to help you resolve this:
