id like a cut down function of harbors ports and fisheries for all planets that have water.
where u can send logistics over water to ports.
i dont wanna be forced to plau on waterworlds all the time.

also expand on the dlc to have infinite watermines near bodies of water or rivers. or build water infratructure in a zone near water to give bonuses to health(sewers,tapwaterfiltering,bathing), industries, add trade logistics along rivers and waters it would make sense even in pre industrial tech to trade via simple canoes. heck even in roman eras u had triemes for shipping
having access to water should be something to fight over having steam engines or filtered water for machines production where u get a 25-50% output bonus

add a earlu tech of wood or forestries industries and shipuards. u can bootstrap this to not have naval units to begin with but just offer trade bonuses and logistic reach. first levels of buildings should be wood instead of metal. who builds a school out of steel even. mid game use wood as pop hapiness bonus and private industries as ikea furnitures
