Attach Advisor screen needs some TLC

For me, this is one of the worst UI experiences of the game. Row upon row of faces, names, and positions, all ordered by position hired -- who remembers that? A filter or even a more reasonable sort would go a long way to help this screen.

And there's an additional problem - if you have too many leaders, it's not large enough to display them all! I probably have another 10 to 20 leaders that were hired after C. Laurin, but can't attach advisors to them because I can't scroll past this point. This is a particular problem on Colossus sized planets with MTHs, as every AI amphibious assault seems to create a new zone.
