1.26c Missing freefolks

This is happening on an island with only one city, so my understanding is that they could only join the city.

Thanks. In fact you only have 100 free folk less in round 62 compared to 61 but the logging for the different calcs went wrong somehow. Trying to find it, but at least wanted you know that no actual free folk have dissapeared.

on top of that rerunning from round 61 doesn't reproduce the anomaly in round 62...
so I am a bit at a loss...

The "extra" freefolks come from failing the demagogue event on turn 61.

Turn 61 there was 110 900 population + 8 900 freefolks = 119 800 people on the island.
Turn 62 there was 99 300 population + 8 800 freefolks = 108 100 people on the island.

If focusing on the freefolks, we have turn 61: 8 900 + 9 700 (demagogue, according to history) = 18 600 freefolks
That's the same count tracked in turn 62 if I include the missing freefolks.

That's not a game changer either way.

True, but i don't like disappearing free folk at all :) should be fixed next open beta.
