The editor says Q4 1943, which would indicate October 1st instead of September 1st.

1 January 1944 55 55 50
1 April 1944 60 55 55
1 October 1944 60 60 55

Perhaps there should be additional +5 national moral to Tank Corp, in 43Sep?
"Soviet Motorized Units (from Sept 1942-August 1943) +5, Soviet Motorized
Units (Sept 1943-end of war) +10."
from Living Manual 1.25 (patch 01.03.11)

that +5 is takern over by +10 in 9/43, that's not quarterly based and set in open data but induced by the game .exe (hardcoded)

The +10 for Soviet Motorized units in late 43 to 45 was removed years ago from WitE2 (pretty sure it was prior to the initial WitE2 release). I think this was in WitE1, and came across to the WitE2 manual but was never corrected. Thanks for pointing that out.
