It looks like there's no tutorial that comes with this release. Disappointing for new players.

Obviously not.
But the game is not difficult to learn, it is difficult to master.
It's like Hearts of Iron. You're afraid of what's possible, but once you understand it, it becomes interesting.
Just use the manuals from the other parts.
They also contain tutorials and explain the basics. With Poland as an example.
Pacific certainly has its own mechanics, but I don't know them myself yet. I haven't played the beta.
I'm just going to play 1939 and see.



It's about time (moderator!) that the game's forum was moved to the appropriate area.

The Manual should be consulted on learning how to play the game, especially the chapters explaining the Interface and Game Essentials, while every campaign has its own Strategy Guide that we recommend consulting on how to play that particular campaign.
