AA gun in AT Unit TOE

For the Soviet 41a Anti-Tank Regiment TOE it only has an 85mm AA Gun.

Will it still be used as an Anti-Tank weapon or is that TOE basically useless for anti-tank?

It's the equivalent of the German '88 Flak' 8-) . It will, supposedly more in defense then in offense. As long as the gun has anti-soft/armor and penetration it shoots.
