town won't be captured by unit

town won't be captured by unit

Entered empty settlement but enemy kept custody.

Maybe something related to discovering a ship out of view at destination

When I exited the town, the enemy still kept it

If you end the turn with the Union unit in New Madrid it should convert.

ok good to know, I've moved out because I feared being out of supply the following turn
